I’m the new blog writer, Amanda Heard, and I just wanted to say “Hello” to anyone visiting the site. I can’t wait for us to DISH on our CBS Soaps! I love the drama, and I’ve always got something to say about it. I hope many of you do to because I’d love your comments. I know that you can get recaps anywhere on the web, so I want this site to offer my opinion on everything as well as the basic events of the shows. So hold on, and check in with me often for the scoop on the soaps. We’re gonna have lots of fun together.

Dinah’s home, but something’s off about her. She’s acting weird, almost like she doesn’t know how to do some things. Or she isn’t sure about what things are or who some people are. She can’t remember some words at times. Something is definitely off about her.

Jade finally gets herself free from the ropes. Will helps Mady back to the hotel. They go to the stadium to find Crazy Cleo attempting to lip sync. Will runs to find Gwen tied to the train tracks. Luckily, he has a pocket knife and frees her. Gwen finally gets to sing on stage and watches as the police carry Crazy Cleo away (while Cleo’s mouthing “I love you” to Will).

Crazy Cleo tied up Will. Then she knocked Jade over the head and tied her to the train tracks. Then she knocked Gwen over the head and tied her to the tracks! (That is one dangerous little gnome!) Mady finds Will and unties him. Back at the hotel, Crazy Cleo is about to turn herself into Gwen. This is going to get interesting!

Crazy Cleo finally told Will she loves him. This girl is so whacked! LOL! She told Will that she knows he loves her to, and that it’s just meant to be. She went on and on confessing her love to Will. He calls her a lunatic.He tells her that she’s going to tell the cops everything she just told him and then go to jail forever. He starts to walk off and Cleo calls out for him to stop. When he doesn’t, she takes off running and bashes him over the head with the gnome he gave her.

Jade and Luke are on the hunt for Cleo back at the hotel. And my question about that is…what kind of mother lets her son go off to hunt down a nut-job??? I digress… When

Allison and Aaron are trying to work things out.

Maddy calls Casey but he won’t come to the phone to talk to her. Noah has a confrontation with his dad. Maddy and Noah go out to have fun and shake off their blue moods.

Carl’s playing games with Bridgette. I really don’t think he knows anything about the eggs. And if he does, then he’s going to milk this attention from Bridgette all he can until he just has to tell her the truth.

Brooke meets a mystery man in a bar, while sitting there brooding over Ridge. She leaves the bar in a tizzy and nearly runs off the road in the rain. When Donna sees car lights in the drive, she assumes it’s Brooke and leaves the kids to catch her flight. The kids meanwhile, are alone, as Brooke has fainted or something on the side of the road. The car in the driveway was a delivery man with a package for Brooke!

Kevin is one step closer to bringing Jana back to Genoa City. She looked up directions to the hospital today. Michael gives him the third degree about how he’s living his life. Kevin plays him off, acting like he doesn’t know what he’s talking about.

Gloria ends up telling Michael that Kevin asked her to bring his gun to him. He pays another visit to Kevin, with the gun, and asks him if he’s lost his mind, asking Gloria to bring a loaded gun to the hospital. Kevin gets a call from Jenna, who says she coming to see him. He tells her to stay put, that he’ll come to her, then disappears from the hospital room.

Cain is on to Amber. He probes Lauren about Amber’s past. He’s taking notes and is about to blow her schemes wide open. It’s funny actually….the scam artist got scammed. He calls Brooke to ask questions about Amber. She tells Cain that she hasn’t spoken to Amber in years. Furthermore, she says Amber is dishonest and if she hasn’t changed, he’ll find out one way or the other.

I had a moment today when I finally got it with Daniel’s story line.

I have to say that these kinds of stories are why I appreciate some soap operas. As you know, Daniel is struggling with a porn addiction right now. Today he visited his therapist and by George, he finally says that none of this stuff would have happened if he’d never met her (Amber) and he wants her out of his life. (Agreed!)

The thing I appreciate is that this kind of thing (porn/sex addiction) is very real and happening every day. And the thing about it is that it’s happening to young people, just like Daniel and Lily.

Sharon is falling in love with Nick again. Even though she knows his memory lapse could end at any time, she can’t help her feelings for him. Nick says he’s going to get Sharon back no matter what.

Jenna continues calling to verify that Kevin is actually in the hospital. She’s going to show up any day now. Paul is worried what lengths Kevin will go to to bring Jenna back to town.

I apologize in advance but…..

Is this little cat-and-mouse thing with Jack & Katie and Brad & Carly stupid, or what??? I’m sitting here watching them roll eyes at each other and Carly flirting with Brad, obviously to make Jack jealous, and I’m thinking, “HUH?”

It’s scenes and moments like this that make me crazy. I mean, it’s so 5-year old! It’s like a bunch of teenagers in high school, trying to see who can make who jealous.

What about their kids? What about their jobs? Do any of them even work any more?

I know soap operas are outrageous by nature, but sometimes I’d like to watch something that I can relate to. Something with real-life likeness.

Some days I just can’t stomach the childishness…

Nicholas is still struggling to remember what happened to cause the crash as well as the last 2 years of his life. Phylis has talked him into going home with her and Summer. Nicki and Victor try desperately to bring Nicholas home with them, but Nick asks the doctor that rescued him to go home with him.

Kevin’s car wreck plan is in action. He’s in the hospital. They’re just waiting for Janna to show up any minute.

While Gloria’s at the hospital checking on Kevin, William writes “You Know” on his dry erase board for Lauren to read.

Daniel lied to Lily about his “business lecture.” He is really spinning out of control with his sex-mania stuff.

Cleo is getting battier by the minute. Jade’s in jail, after Cleo’s road rage with Will. And naturally, because Jade has cried WOLF so many times before, nobody believes her now. Cleo goes home with Will and Gwen and when she’s alone, pulls out her diary and writes again. Then she says good-bye and starts ripping her diary to shreds. She breaks down in the middle of this tyraid and starts telling the diary how much she loves it and how it’s the only one who ever loved her. And then…..SHE KISSED IT!!! This is about to get uuuuuuuugly!

Jack officially proclaimed that he and Katy are an item. Brad and Carly are up to something sneaky, too. And you know that’s going to backfire on them. In the meantime, sparks are flying between Carly and Katie, as Carly is snarky about the bracelet Jack gave Katie. Katie just throwed it right back in her face.

Daniel got caught in a strip club and was arrested. Can you say OOPS! He did it again! Good grief. Will he ever learn? And guess who he called to bail him out of jail. Yep, you got it…..Amber!

Meanwhile, Nick still doesn’t remember Phylis. Things are about to get ugly because he’s going to want Sharon back when he’s better.
