Dusty is in the board room going over some paper work when Emily comes in. She tells him that she has decided to forget about the fight that they had earlier. Dusty told her that it was nice of her to do that. Dusty tells Emily that he is considering selling The Intruder. Emily goes ballistic and tells him that he can’t do that. Since she has been on board there has been nothing but profits the last few months. Dusty turns around to leave and Emily begs him not to sell his shares out. She needs him to hang on to them for her. Dusty finally asked her to choose which way she wanted to make money laying on her back or working hard for the paper. Dusty gives Emily one last chance. He is getting fed up with her defending her second source of income and he looks at her one final time and says “CHOOSE!� Emily didn’t answer. Dusty leaves. Emily slams a book up against the wall after the door shuts and starts to cry. Susan came in. Emily tries to dry up her tears but her mother has already seen her crying. They talk for a while and finally Susan leaves. Emily calls one of her clients and after she hangs up the phone she puts on her make up and out the door she goes.

As Maddie and Will stand in their living room, Gwen confesses to them that Iris knows everything. She was the one who took Adam’s body, she sent her the ring and she has been making phone calls, not Jade. Maddie and Will have no idea what to say. Iris wants to talk to Will alone for a while. She asked Maddie to leave. Maddie goes to the diner to get everyone sandwiches to eat on their trip. Gwen has to leave to but she is curious as to what Iris has to say. She meets up with Maddie at the diner. They discuss what Iris has to say. Gwen tells Maddie that she should call Casey. He would understand if Will would. Maddie told Gwen that it wouldn’t be any use in her calling since everyone will hear about it once she left. As they talk about Iris, Gwen remembers that Iris will never be quiet about it and she was afraid that Will would do something extreme. Gwen tells Maddie that she will catch up to her and she runs out the door. Maddie gets the food and starts to leave but Kim is coming into the diner to eat lunch. She picks now to talk to Maddie about her Grandson. Kim insists that Maddie sit down with her. As Maddie listened to Kim go on and on about how much Casey talks about Maddie and how he must truly be in love with her. Finally Maddie was able to stop Kim long enough to tell her that they had broke up. Kim was in shock to hear the news. Maddie was able to get out of there. Meanwhile, Gwen ran back home. Will was on the phone with his accountant to get them to come over before his wife came home. Too late Will. He looked at her and asked her what she was doing back so soon. Gwen asked him what he was doing to get Iris to stay quiet. Iris came in to talk to Gwennie and Will. Finally Will answered Gwen. “I’m giving her my trust fund� Gwen tells him that he can’t do that. He can pay for her mistake. Will tells her not to worry about it. Finally she gives in to his decision and she tells Iris that she really shouldn’t be there when the accountant gets there because they will tell Barbara. Iris tells them that she is not afraid of Barbara. Will tells her that if she wants the money, she will leave.

Jack is working on some paper work at the police station and asked not to be disturbed. One of the officers interrupts him to let him know that his brother has been brought in. Jack puts down his papers and walks out to see Brad standing there in handcuffs. Jack immediately asked Brad “What have you done?� Brad thought that things should go a little better then that and he asked Jack why he thought that he was the one that did something wrong. Jack reminded him that he was the one standing at the police station in handcuffs. Suddenly Katie comes in with a camera man to tape his arrest and the complete process on live television as it happens so they can have the real grit of the story. As the tape is rolling, Katie sees Mr. Ladue leaving the station. She tells the camera man to keep rolling and she runs out to talk to Mr. Ladue. He thinks that she is wanting to do a story and he immediately gets defensive and tells her that he will not drop the charges. Katie tells him that she wants to thank him. She tells him that Brad is a bully and with him in jail she can now do the show the way that she wants to. Finally Mr. Ladue loosens up a little and tells Katie that it was wrong of Brad to call him down to do a report under false pretenses. Katie finally figured out that it was over Luke Snyder. She promised Mr. Ladue that she would not publish his story. But she handed him a card just incase he wanted to tell his side of the story. She runs back into the police station. Jack tells her that he sent her camera man home because Brad was his brother and he didn’t think that it was right to put Brad on television during this time. Katie understood and she tells Jack that she needs help from Jack. She wants to pay Brad’s bail. Jack is shocked but he makes arrangements. After the bail is paid, Jack goes down to release Brad from jail. He informs Brad that Katie is the one that paid his bail.
