Guiding Light

Mallet and Marina are investigating today. They have a big break in leads today. Alan Michael’s gun was found on top of the elevator where Alan was shot. They go to question Alan Michael and he tells them that he is in a wheelchair so there is no way that he could have shot his father. Alan Michael also commented that he is finally in control of the company and he is running it better than Alan or Phillip could ever do. If anything, he wanted them to be alive so that he could see how a company is supposed to be run. Alan Michael is going to post a reward for the lead in capturing the one who shot his father.

Dinah has found herself out of money. She asked her mom for a loan but her mom was unable to give it to her since she was struggling herself with the finances from the television station.

In Alan’s room, Doris is standing on one side of Alan and Beth comes in to talk to Alan on the other side. Beth throws a curve ball when she announces to Alan, who is still unconscious that she thinks that she felt the baby kick, although it might still be too early. Doris didn’t know what to think. They get into a heated argument and start physically fighting over Alan who is just lying there in a coma. Finally, Ashlee and Lizzie come in and stop them. They throw a few more punches at each other and then, Beth decides to leave with Lizzie.
