Noelle Beck Cast As the New Lily on As The World Turns

As The World Turns will recast Lily Snyder with former Loving star Noelle Beck. Beck will take over the role for Martha Byrne. Beck was last seen in the primetime show Cashmere Mafia.

This week’s clip is not a classic clip, but is a clip of Harley and Gus of Guiding Light and a look back at their relationship. I thought since Gus died this week he should get some shine from me this week. I also think the writers should have never broke up Harley and Gus, because it basically ruin their characters.

Daniel Goddard Participating in Toyota Pro/Celebrity Race

Daniel Goddard (Cane) from The Young & the Restless will be participating in the 31st Annual Toyota Pro/Celebrity Race on April 14 in Long Beach, California. This is a race where celebrity drivers compete against professional drivers. The race raises money for several different charities.

Kyle Lowder to Sing The National Anthem

Los Angeles Dodgers fans can catch The Bold & the Beautiful’s Kyle Lowder (Rick) singing The National Anthem at Dodger Stadium on April 24, 2008. The Dodgers will be playing the Arizona Diamondbacks. The game starts at 7:00 p.m.

Ex B&B Stars Does Stand Up

On April 2, 2008 fans can check out Sean Kanan (ex-Deacon) do stand-up comedy for one night only. He will be performing at Brea Improv Comedy Club located at 120 S. Brea Blvd, Brea, CA 92821. General Hospital’s Tyler Christopher will also make an appearance at the club.

Two Y&R Stars Guest Star on Beauty and the Geek

On April 8th Joshua Morrow (Nick) and Michelle Stafford (Phyllis) will guest star of the CW reality show Beauty and the Geek. Also the contestants from the show will make an appearance in a future episode of The Young & the Restless.

Recast on The Bold & the Beautiful

Soap Opera Digest is reporting that The Bold & the Beautiful plan on recasting the role of Thomas. Thomas is the oldest son of Ridge and Taylor. Thomas was last played by Drew Tyler Bell.

Lesley Anne Down Signs A New Contract

The Bold & the Beautiful’s Lesley Anne Down (Jackie), has signed a new contract with the show. Now maybe Jackie can actually get a storyline, but we will have to see if that happens.

Wesley Ramsey who played Olivia’s younger brother Sam from 2000 - 2002, will soon reprise his role on Guiding Light. Most likely his return will have something to do with Olivia’s heart condition. No date has been given as to when we will begin to see Sam back on the air.

Minisode Network to Air Y&R Minisodes

The Minisode Network will air 5 minisodes of The Young & the Restless. Minisodes are 5 minute adaptions of different television shows. The five minisodes that Y&R will feature are the very first episode of Y&R, Phillip Chancellor trying to get a divorce from a drunk Katherine, Victor seeing Nikki for the very first time, Snapper Foster dealing with his issues, and Katherine taking off her bandages after having plastic surgery. You can see these minisodes on Youtube, Myspace, and Crackle websites.
