The day starts with Taylor and Thorne in bed talking about how excited they are about the wedding. Taylor tells Thorne about her meeting with Nick and how everything is falling apart for him right now. She recommended that he come and talk to her. She tells him that eventually, she may be able to get Nick to turn the company back over to The Forresters. Thorne tells her that he doesn’t want her to have anything to do with Nick. Her phone rings, it’s Nick. He wants to take her up on her offer to talk. She agrees and they schedule a meeting. After they hang up, Jackie tells Nick that he should have made plans to meet Taylor somewhere other than the office. Jackie tells him that he would be doing great if he could get Taylor away from Thorne. Nick disagrees. They discuss the fact that their company employees are quitting their company. Things are getting tough for them.

Phoebe is trying to talk Ridge into giving Shane a chance. He’s a good person and he deserves it. Bridget looks out her window to see Shane there. She helps him in to the house. He has been beat up. He tells her that some guys tried to take his money down at the beach. She calls Phoebe to let her know that Shane was at her house. She tells Bridget that she would call her back. She finishes her conversation with her dad, then calls Bridget back. She asked Bridget to please let Shane stay there for the night. Bridget agrees to let him stay one night but that is all. She tells Shane that he could stay.

The heat is on… Today was a reinactment of the game “Clue”. Michael goes around at Newman trying to find out who killed Carmen. The lab results are in and Devon’s prints were on the roll of duct tape that was used that night. It was a roll of tape from Newman and was put back after the murder. Devon’s prints were on it as well as Jack and Brad’s. There was another set of prints but they are not telling yet, who they belong to.

Colleen confronts JT about keeping the case quiet. But he runs and tells when they get into an arguement. She tells Lily about her kiss with the professor and Lily agrees to keep it a secret. Meanwhile, she goes to class. While sitting in class, she writes the professor’s name on her notebook and starts daydreaming about him. Just then, he calls on her to answer a question. She has to ask him to repeat the question.

Brad’s mother comes to visit. Brad introduces her to Sharon. She tells Brad that now she can see why he speaks so highly of her. Victoria overhears the conversation.

William informs Michael that the evidence he has is not enough and until he can produce more, he is will continue to move forward with his case.

Detective Sullivan ask Jena and Kevin if there was a bag left there at the coffeehouse the night of the murder. Jena said that she did remember that Neel left a bag there, but Devon came and picked it up the next day. They also told her that there was two rolls of duct tape in the bag. Detective Sullivan asked them to come down to the station and make a statement. Jana is excited. But Kevin said he’s not saying anything until he can get a hold of Michael and warns Jana to do the same.

At Towers: Cassie wants to stay with Tammy because Tammy is upset over what she heard Lizzie telling Beth about Sarah. Tammy insists that Cassie continue her plans with Joshua to get a Christmas Tree. She takes Cassie to the elevator to see her off. While she was still standing there thinking about what she had heard, Lizzie walks back in to find her cell phone that she had left. Tammy confronts her about what she had overheard. Lizzie said that it was all a misunderstanding. They continue their disagreement. Lizzie tells Tammy that there is no way she could understand because she is not a mother. Lizzie also reminds Tammy that she is the one that gave Jonathan a child, not Tammy.

Joshua and Jonathan try to put together more baby stuff. Jonathan tells Jonathan that he doesn’t have to be married to the babies mother in order for the baby to grow up happy. Before Jonathan could comment, Reva comes to Jonathan’s defense and tells Joshua that Jonathan cares very deeply for Lizzie. Joshua changes the subject and they start to talk about the Christening date. Reva said she would like to have Lizzie a baby shower the same night. Josh and Reva start their guest list. They make sure to not include Alan on that list.

Rick is preparing for Mel’s visit. He has her meet him at Gus and Harley’s place because he knows that they won’t be there. He has red and white wine and food ready. Mel knocks on the door but she is not there to drink wine. She wants a divorce. Rick is totally in shock,(although I don’t know why he didn’t see that coming). He tells Mel that him and Beth are over completely. Mel told him that there was too much damage there. Rick insists they go see a marriage counselor. Mel told him that she would think about it and get back to him. She leaves. There is another knock on the door. Rick thinks it is Mel coming back because she has changed her mind. It’s Beth. She came raging in insisting that Rick let her stay with him for the night because Alan is mad at her. Rick tells her that he will drive her back to Alan and talk to him. She is okay with that. Once they get to Alan’s, they find him having some champaign with Doris, the DA. Doris is obviously smittened by Alan’s charm and Beth is jealous, though she would never admit it. She tells Beth that Doris has found a way to get the restraining order lifted. Rick tries to have a private conversation with Alan to let him know that he shouldn’t treat Beth the way he does and if he ever hurt her he would….Alan cuts him off telling Rick that he can’t pick up where Phillip left off. He joins Beth and Doris.

Joshua leaves Reva’s house in a hurry because he remembered that he was suppose to meet Cassie to pick out a Christmas tree. He catches up with Cassie at her farm house afraid that she is mad at him. Cassie grants him a Christmas pardon as long as he don’t get sucked into Reva’s world, and she still remains his number one priority. They start to decorate the tree when Reva calls to run some dates by Josh for the Christening. Josh tells her just to pick one and he will be fine with it. When they hang up the phone, Reva calls Lillian to inquire about the cancer survivor singles group. She told Lillian that it was time she got on with her life.

Tammy watches Jonathan, Lizzie and baby Sarah from the window outside…

Sage asked Carly if she was mad at Simon and Jack. Carly passes it off. She goes to fix Sage a snack. While she is gone, Sage picks up the diamond that Carly laid on the couch. Sage has the diamond that Mary gave her in one hand and Carly’s diamond in the other. (I think that she put the wrong one back on the couch when she was done looking at them).

Katie wants Henry to break in and steal the diamond from Carly’s house so that she can take it to Jack and Simon and Carly can go to jail. Then she can get Mike back. Henry is against it until Katie tells him that there is a cash reward for whoever finds the diamond. They wait until Carly leaves and Henry picks the lock. They argue for a few minutes but they soon focus on why they are there. They sit down on the couch to talk out their strategy, and Katie finds the diamond. Katie swears that Simon is going down.

Lucy and Craigs lawyer go over to Donna’s place to bring back Johnny. They show Donna the legal paperwork but Donna insists that she needs to contact her lawyer first. Lucy tells her that if she delays it then she will lose all her rights. They are just asking for one night. Donna tells Lucy that he is taking a nap and that she would bring him over in a couple of hours so that she can stay with him to make sure that he gets adjusted. Lucy insists that Johnny goes now. He tells Craigs Lawyer to go into the other room to get Johnny who is probably with his Nurse. While she is gone, Lucy whispers to Donna that this is all a performance. She knows that her father is watching her. She tells Donna the same thing that she told Dusty, Donna needs to trust her no matter what she says or does.

Meg tells Paul that she thinks that Craig wants her so that he can get back at Paul. She also admits to Paul that she still loves him, or else it wouldn’t hurt so bad.

Taylor talks to Nick about turning around his anger and grudges. She hands him a card for her to make an appointment when he’s ready to talk. When Taylor leaves, Jackie comes in and tells Nick that the Forrester’s don’t deserve her. She also had to agree with Taylor, maybe he does need to talk to someone.

Phoebe visits Bridget. Phoebe tell her that Shane was really nice to her. Bridget said she felt sorry for Shane. Just then, a knock at the door. Bridget opens the door to find Shane standing there. He tells Bridget that he won’t leave until he talks to Phoebe.
Phoebe agrees to talk to him. He tells her that he is trying to be a better person because of her. They kiss. They all hear a police siren. Both Bridget and Phoebe denies calling the police on Shane. He takes off.

It’s a girl! Catherine received the DNA results back today that confirmed that Jill was her daughter. Jill and Catherine celebrate.
Dru and Neel celebrate their new found family and end up leaving the club early to rekindle their love for each other.
Victoria and Nicholas try to go over business but Victoria can see that his mind is somewhere else. Victoria tells him to go home, but he replied that Phyllis told him to go to work. They both decide to head over to the club. While there, Nicholas makes a call to check on Phyllis. While he is gone, JT sits down with Victoria. Colleen walks in just as JT is telling Victoria that he can’t even talk with his girlfriend, as he tells Victoria about him and Colleen fighting.
Colleen finds comfort in her professor’s arms. Meanwhile, Amber tries to make her move on JT. She offers a drink to him.
When Nicholas gets back to the table with Victoria, he asked her why JT always runs to her when him and Colleen have a fight.

Lizzie and Jonathan bring the baby to Towers. Reva, Joshua, Cassie, Alan, Beth, and Beth’s mom, Lillian, is waiting for them when they arrive. Jonathan introduces baby Sarah to everyone. Rimmy brings Tammy up to Towers. When the doors open, she sees Jonathan standing there holding the baby.

Gus lets Harley go on and on about making a baby and how exciting it will be. He hasn’t told her the news he got yesterday from the doctor. Frank walks in and asked them if they remember that little baby that they kept overnight a while back. They had locked up the mom and dad to a newborn baby. Gus and Harley had to keep the baby until Social Services could locate the Grandmother, which was the only other relative. Frank went on to tell them that they found the Grandmother dead in the home of natural causes and the baby was still in the house with her. Gus grabs his keys and runs out the door. Frank asked him where he was going and Gus told him he was going to get the baby.

Dinah and Mallet were having lunch with Venessa. Mallet hands Venessa flowers and tells her that he wanted to thank her for the police show. After the lunch was over, Ashley comes running in to hand Dinah some stuff she had got to make her show really great. Mallet over hears and grabs the package from Ashley. He dumps it on the counter and asked Dinah what all of it was about. Dinah tells Mallet that she didn’t want her show and his show to overlap. Mallet didn’t believe her and runs off.

Lizzie brings the baby over for Tammy to hold. As she held her, Baby Sarah makes a face that Tammy said reminded her of Jonathan. Lizzie said that she makes that face when she is pooping. Lizzie then takes Sarah over for Reva to hold. Reva tells Jonathan that he will be a great dad. Joshua comes over to welcome him to fatherhood. Alan tells Jonathan he has waited long enough and Jonathan can’t keep Sarah from knowing her mother’s side of the family too. Jonathan has Rimmy hand Alan a paper. When Alan asked what it was Jonathan told him it was a restraining order that kept Alan at least 50 feet away from Sarah. Alan grabs Jonathan by the throat and Rimmy pulls him off of Jonathan and escourts him to the door. Lizzie tells Alan he has done it to himself. Alan tells Jonathan that he will be sorry.
Lizzie said that was enough excitement for Sarah for one night and it was time to go home. Jonathan invites everyone to go with them. Reva agrees and Joshua too. Cassie wants to stay and talk to Tammy. Beth tells Lizzie she would like some time with her daughter as well. Jonathan reassures her that Reva, Joshua and himself could handle Sarah and it would be a good idea to stay.

Gus brings the baby into the police station and him and Harley talk about it. Gus asked the social worker what was going to happen to her. The social worker told him they were already backed up with Foster care. But they would have to find something.

Tammy and Cassie talk over lunch. Cassie told Tammy that you could really see that Jonathan likes her still. Tammy thought it was just her and that she knows they can’t be together.
Lizzie and Beth are eating their lunch together. Beth keeps asking Lizzie if she is okay. Lizzie is not eating. She tells her that she is fine. Lizzie says she has the best baby in the world. She starts to cry. She tells Beth that she thought Jonathan would fall in love with her. She tries really hard. No body ever loves her back. As Lizzie gets ready to leave, she assures Beth that she is okay. She don’t know where all of that came from. She insists that she needs to get back to Sarah. She told Beth that Sarah is her “best trick” she has to keep Jonathan. Tammy overhears her. She can’t believe what she just heard. She tells Cassie. Tammy starts to wonder, What if Sarah and Jonathan could do better than Lizzie?

Emma pays Donna a visit. It wasn’t a social call. She wants Donna to keep her son away from her daughter. If Donna didn’t, she would.

Meg goes back to work. Paul came in looking for her but runs into Emily. He is mad at Emily for talking to Meg right before the wedding. Emily and Paul argue.

Lucy tells Craig that she won’t go get Johnny. She couldn’t take care of both of them. She wanted to get Craig well, then he could take care of Johnny. She also informed him that Johnny was with Donna and Donna was appointed his legal guardian until Dusty gets back.

Henry dresses up to confront Vienna. He has a russian accent. He goes over to her and introduces himself. He tells her that he is some secret agent group and she automatically suggests that Jack sent him over to get her statement. He said that his group intercepted Jacks call so Jack doesn’t know he is there. Henry buys her a drink to get her to stop talking. Vienna turns the charm on him and starts to seduce him. Henry is having a hard time concentrating on the reason he was there in the first place.

Simon assures Jack that they do not have the stolen Jewelry. Carly wants to give Jack the necklace but Simon said not to. She didn’t need to prove anything to Jack. So Jack told them that he could get a search warrant to obtain the necklace. Carly want to give in but Simon stands very firm on No. Jack would get a warrant and Simon agrees. Carly tries to defend Jack and all the questions he is asking. She tries to give him the necklace but Jack stops her and tells her that she shouldn’t do anything without a legal order and he would be back with it.

Paul tries to get Meg to listen to him. Just to talk for a few minutes.

Craig retrieves a court order for Lucy to go pick up Johnny at Donna’s house. Lucy told Craig that she thought they had an understanding. Craig said she was right. That is why he got the court order, so it would be legal.

The show begins with Stephanie and Eric in the car on their way home. Stephanie is worried about going home, and facing the kids.
Taylor is talking to Brooke about Stephanie. Felicia, Thorne and Ridge were talking about their mom and how mad they were at their grandmother for allowing their grandfather to abuse her. They were proud of their mother for being as strong as she was to hanldle this.
Stephanie and Eric walk in and they told her how glad they were to see her. Felicia hugged her up. Eric said ” see, I told you that you had nothing to worry about.” They talked about how it has impacted the way Stephanie has been overprotective with them.
Taylor and Brooke continue to talk about Stephanie’s situation and how she always felt uncontrollable and the need to control her family. Brooke asked Taylor is she thought that Stephanie will now change since she has opened up.
Thorn, Ridge and Felicia can’t believe no else knew. Stephanie told them that Taylor told her that she needed to confront Ann. She said Eric gave her the strength that she needed. Eric told her that she was an amazing woman. She told the kids to go home tonight and hug their children up and tell them that they were loved.
Taylor and Brooke walk in after giving everyone some time. Brooke hugged Stephanie and told her that she was sorry and she understood her now. Taylor interrupted to talk to Stephanie alone. They went into the study. Meanwhile, the kids told Eric how proud they were of him for sticking to Stephanie through this. Taylor and Stephanie talked about how she felt to get that out. Stephanie told her that on the way home, she thought to herself how she would have loved to confront her father but she couldn’t since he wasn’t around. Taylor tells her that she still can. Taylor said she just needed to picture her father in front of her. Stephanie told Taylor that she couldn’t do that. It would be to hard. Taylor said for her just to try it. Stephanie looks away and starts to talk to her dad and tells him how she was feeling.

Gloria confronts Jill about taking her job as the celebrity judge. Gloria expresses to Jill how angry she is that she was replaced. Jill told Gloria they called her, offered her the position, and she accepted it. Gloria tells Jill what Ashley and Jack did to her yesterday. Jill is in shock. She had no idea that Ashley and Jack would go that far. Gloria said they were even trying to take her name away.

Jill asked Ashley what she has done to Gloria. Ashley asked Jill if she honestly believed that Gloria is the right person to represent the Abbott family on national TV.

Paul and Det. Sullivan are having coffee and discussing the case. Jenna interrupts their conversation to offer them a free danish. They both pass on the danish. Jenna tells them that she knows that Carmen’s car was parked outside on the night she was murdered.

Michael is talking to Gina about planning a special night with his wife on their one year anniversary. Michael tells her how he wants everything to be just right. Gina said she would take care of everything. Paul calls Michael to let him know about the new information he had just found out about. Michael had to leave.

Phyllis and Nick went to see Phyllis’ doctor over a rash that has developed all over her body. The doctor asked to see it on her back. He looks at it and verifies that it is a allergic reaction to something. He asked her if she had changed her detergents or ate something she had never ate before. Nick said she had drank some herbal drink that she had found and purchased from the internet. It was suppose to induce labor. She is already past her due date. Phyllis starts to worry now. Did she do something to harm her baby?

Jill went to Katherine’s office to tell her what she had heard that Ashley and Jack had done to Gloria. Katherine gets a phone call, it is the lab with the DNA results. They are in. (Of course, we won’t know the results until Monday)

Gloria is trying to reach Jack and Ashley to discuss the restraining order. Jack won’t answer his phone. Gloria turns around and Ashley is getting on the elevator. Gloria yells out to her to wait a minute. Ashley quickly pushes the button to shut the door in Gloria’s face.

Lauren gets the baby ready to leave. She starts to panic. She has her coat on and the baby covered up and stands at the door. She tells herself just to wait. she will wait.

The doctor tells Phyllis that she needs to call her doctor before she takes anything anymore and gives her some cream to put on for the rash. He tells her that he needs to run a test to check to see if the baby is in any stress since she is past her due date. Phyllis is scared now and asked the doctor what will happen if the baby is in stress. The doctor lets her know that they would have to rush her in for a C-section. The test is okay and she can go. But he wants to see her back in a couple of days. Nick remembers that it is Michael and Lauren’s one year anniversary and also the first time they got together.

Lauren is sitting on the couch obviously crying when Michael comes in. She still has the baby sleeping in the car seat. Michael asked if they were going anywhere and she said that she was but she changed her mind. Michael starts to talk about how wonderful being a parent is. He suggests that they go out for dinner, not telling her that he already had it planned out. Lauren said that she just wanted to stay at home with him and the baby. She was going to take baby Fen and get out of their jackets. Michael tells her that he has to call Gina but he will be right there. He called Gina who had everything ready, to let her know that he wouldn’t be coming. He insisted that she take the flowers home with her. He would call her to reschedule.

Ashley is on the phone back at the house when the doorbell rings. She hangs up the phone to get the door and before she get to it, Gloria starts yelling at her to open up. she knows Ashley is in there and she is not going to leave until she opens the door. Ashley opens up and lets her in. Gloria tells Ashley that her and Jack will not get away with this restaining order. Ashley tells her that she will not let her get on national television and make a fool out of the Abbott’s. Gloria, in shock, asked Ashley if that is what this whole thing is about? Her being a disgrace to Jabot?

Mallet is worried about what his co-workers are saying about Dinah driving him to work. Dinah tries to come up with some ideas for her upcoming show.
Marina arrives, teasing Mallet. He asks her if there was any actual crimes downtown that they could check out. Mallet has the camera crew following him again and he wants to show off. After arguing a little, the get a call about a crime at the train station. When they get down there, Mallet spots the bad guy and yells at him to stop. Just then, the guy takes off running. Marina tackles him and pins him against the wall. Mallet comes over and slams him down on the ground to get the credit. They argue some more….

Dinah is down at the TV station brainstorming, when Ashley comes in. Dinah hires Ashley on the spot to work for her and to get her some great shows.

Jeffery’s day is not going so well again. No one is returning his calls regarding work. Buzz calls him to see if they could meet. Buzz suggests that he leaves town for Ava’s sake. Jeffrey tells him that he stays out of Ava’s way. Buzz says he doesn’t want Jeffrey to have anything to do with Olivia and he needs to leave town for a fresh start. Jeffrey tells Buzz that he is bad at giving advice. Buzz tells him that he needs to check out of the hotel and move on out of Springfield. Jeffrey says a few choice words and tells Buzz to leave him alone. Jeffrey walks away. Buzz goes to Jeffrey’s room and kicks the door open. He starts gathering up Jeffreys things and throw them out into the hall. He calls downstairs and tells them Jeffrey will be checking out today and to have his bill ready for him. He leaves Jeffrey a note. Jeffrey returns to the mess.

Gus gets a call from his doctor. It’s bad news. He won’t ever be able to father children. Gus is wondering how he will tell Harley.

Casey buys Maddie a bracelet. Adam walks in. Maddie leaves and Adam confronts Casey about how concerned he was. Yesterday, he had to loan him $1,000 to pay up his gambling debts and today he is buying his girlfriend gifts.

Margo pays Craig a visit in the hospital. When they start talking about the shooting, Craig reminds Margo that Lucy was there and seen Dusty shoot him.

Lucy goes to the police station to talk to Dusty about what she knew. She tells him that Craig wanted him to shoot Craig and he fell for it. Lucy tells Dusty that she will help him get out of jail. She tells him no matter what he hears or sees her do, she is on his side. Jessica barges in and orders Dusty not to say another word. She advises Lucy not to talk to Dusty unless she consults with her first.

At Java, Simon, Carly and Sage were together. Simon asks Sage to go pick him out a roll, because he couldn’t make a decision. While Sage is gone, Carly explains to Simon how worried she is. Simon reassures her that she has nothing to worry about. “Vienna is all talk and no action.”
Meanwhile…down at the police station, Vienna tells Jack that she wants to report a robbery. She admits that she lied about the jewel being the real thing because she wanted to protect Simon. Jack doesn’t believe her because she thinks she is now trying to get back at Simon. Vienna goes on to tell Jack that the robbery was not a one man job. Jack asked her to fill out a statement and he would investigate it.
Back at Java, Simon leaves Carly and Sage. Sage wants to give a homeless lady outside some food. Carly takes Sage outside as Jack walks in. Jack gets one of his officers to watch Sage. He follows Carly back into Java and pulls out Vienna’s statement. He tells Carly to listen and tell him the truth, because her life depended on it.
Sage sits down on the bench with the lady to talk with her. She pulls out a necklace from her pocket and hands it to Sage and told her that she found it yesterday while she was walking around. She wanted Sage to have it. Sage tells her that she didn’t have to give it to her but the lady insisted. (a hint: it’s the missing necklace that Simon and Carly stole.) As Carly goes to answer Jack, Simon comes running in just in time to save her. Simon tells Jack that the necklace clasp broke and he was getting it fixed. Sage comes running in to show everyone what the nice lady gave her. Does anyone want to see?

Back at the hospital, Lucy talks to Craigs doctor and tells him that she is a doctor also and to assure him that if he dischargees Craig, she will move in with him and help take care of him. The doctor agrees with Lucy and walks out.
Lucy asked Craig if there was anything Craig wanted her to get. Craig said yes, GO Get Johnny!

Still at Stephanie’s mothers house…
Stephanie wants her mother to explain to her why she didn’t help her when she heard her screaming. Ann confessed that she did see the bruises and she knew where they came from. She accused Stephanie of liking nothing better than trouble, and that was the only reason she was there, to stir it up again. “My answer is the same now as it was then, Shame on you!”. Eric intervens and tells Ann “No, Shame on you!” Eric asked her how she could sit in the next room and listen to her daughter getting beaten. He reminded Ann that she had a chance right now to be a good mother to Stephanie and she was turning it down. He tells Ann that Stephanie was a Magnificant person and no one deserves credit for the way she turned out but Stephanie. He loved her more today then he ever did.
Stephanie hugs Pam and leaves.
On the Company Plane, she tells Eric that she has never felt safe until that very moment. Stephanie thanked Eric for standing up for her.
Ann remembers Stephanie and Pam when they were little. She starts to cry holding a picture of her husband.

katherine and Jill are worried about the DNA results. Esther walks in to see what they were talking about. Esther tells them she needs to do some shopping and katherine suggests that they all go.

Michael has the paperwork drawn up for Neel, Dru and Devon. He shows them where to sign. Now all they need is a few minutes with the judge and it will be done. Devon feels sad that his mother failed him. Dru consoles him.

Lauren has Baby Fen with her at the store until Michael can come by and get the baby. Katherine, Jill, and Esther come in and have to make over how adorable the baby is.
Michael goes down to pick up baby Fen at Lauren’s store. He takes the baby home. Shortly, he gets a call. Good News! The judge has an opening and can see Devon’s case. Michael calls Neel and they are ready to go. Baby Fen has to go to work with Dad.

Will has a talk with Detective Sullivan over Dru and Neel committing perjury. When they got ready to leave, Will tells her that he is going to his office to draw up the paperwork to have them convicted.

Ashley saw the paper this morning and showed it to Jack. He was outraged at the article that stated that Gloria will be a celebrity judge on a popular reality show. He doesn’t like the fact that she is dragging the Abbott name around. Ashley called Gloria to see if she would meet her at the coffee house. Gloria didn’t want to but she agrees to the meeting. When she arrives at the coffee house, Jack is with Ashley. They ask her to call the producers of the reality show and tell them that she won’t be taking the job. Gloria don’t want to do that.
