The Bold & the Beautiful

by Jennifer Frye

At the Forrester mansion, Eric is discussing his plans with Pam, Ann and Stephanie. Stephanie asked Ann how she liked viewing her new condo with the realtor. She had an appointment to view it yesterday. Ann told her that she didn’t like the condo. Stephanie got very upset with Ann, especially when she learned that Ann didn’t even look at the place before she made a decision. Stephanie took her into the study to discuss it. While they were in there, Stephanie told her mother that she needed to find a place soon or she would have her bags packed and send her back to Chicago, where she came from. Ann sat down and reminded Stephanie that Eric wouldn’t allow that. Stephanie reminded Ann that she had just as much say so in this family as Eric did. Ann told Stephanie that she needed to provide Eric with a nice hot meal and a warm bed to come home to. Stephanie told Ann that she supports her husband and he leans on her for everything. Ann told Stephanie that Pam is being a better wife to Eric than she is.

Meanwhile, Eric is sitting down in front of his computer looking at an empty picture of his future business. Pam walks over and comments that he looks worried. Eric didn’t deny it but felt assured that Pam would be there for him if he needed her. It was time for dinner and Pam was going to check on it so that it doesn’t dry up before Stephanie gets done talking to Ann.

Stephanie goes out to talk with Eric. She is becoming more frustrated with her mother every day. Now she has Pam thrown up to her and she is not happy. Eric and Stephanie argue, not realizing that Pam overhears the argument. Stephanie gets mad and leaves. Pam goes to talk to Ann. Ann hears Stephanie leaves and Ann hears her pull away. She asked Pam where Stephanie was going. Pam told her that she wasn’t sure, but she probably had an errand to run. Ann tells Pam that she thinks that she would be better for Eric than Stephanie. Pam thinks about what her mother is saying. I think that she is feeling the same way, she didn’t even need to say it.

At Forrester Creations, Ridge, Brooke, Phoebe, Felicia all stand around and talk about the plans. Rick comes in and he and Ridge square things up between them. They seem to have come to an understanding. Brooke comes over to talk to Ridge while Rick was still there. Ridge asked Rick to take care of some inventory in the back while he talks to Brooke. Rick is more than happy to get away from Ridge. Brooke asked Ridge what all of that was about. Rick didn’t really know. In the back room where Rick was, Phoebe managed to sneak away and meet him. They fall passionately into each others arms and share a very long kiss. Just long enough for Brooke to walk in and see them. After the initial shock wore off, Brooke was finally able to ask what was going on. Rick and Phoebe didn’t know what to say.
